Great stay. Serenity started it off being personable, respectful and efficient at check-in. Room was outstanding. Dining/shopping options close by. Perfect place if flying out of JAX.

Updated/Modern decor, spacious and well laid out rooms, kitchenette, 24/7 Fitness room, pool open until 10, airport shuttle, breakfast, very clean and well kept

Pool towels were not restocked, sometimes there wasn’t anyone at the front desk (like when I needed a pool towel), breakfast ends at 9:00 and I wanted to sleep in LOL
