Bed was super uncomfortable, pillows horrible. HVAC didn’t work properly, inconsistent temp. Lady at front desk had a really bad attitude when we checked out when asked about getting parking validated as per an email they sent me. Told me to call manager that wasn’t on site, slide card across counter and said we’re done. They charged me $29 to park in their “hotel lot” without even asking about vehicle.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enough for 4 stars. The complimentary smores they give you for their fire pits was a nice gesture as well.

The property is very nice and clean. Staff are nice and friendly. Especially Vanessa and Laura. S’mores on fire pit was the best. We love the breakfast also. We will definitely come back and stay there.
