The property was managed professionally, and the amenities were working in order. The staff was cooperative, and rooms have good essence

Though the property was managed well, the lack of proper parking area for vehicles is quite unreasonable and seems odd. One of the major issues was about confirmation of booking. The app, although showed confirmation of booking, recieving of message of cancelation was bit panicking due to non payment of advance. It's completely unprofessional between property and app as this can be affecting people seriously.

The easy checkin and the staffs behavior.

Only thing i didn't like was that the property did not give us a late check out for even an hour.
