Staff was good.

The room's bathtub was horribly dirty and stained, and we complained to the reception, and they did nothing about it as the hotel was completely booked, no compensation given either. They sent a staff to clean the bath tub, but it was permanent stain... looked extremely dirty. Why the hotel kept asking for advance payment while I had credit card info on booking.com. They even canceled my 1st booking as I didn't pay upfront when booked on booking.com

Try to accommodate the Driver. Mean a little arrangement for drivers stay .

Staff was good

The room in which we were staying, The water heater, TV and intercom wasn't working. Out of which intercom and TV was fixed after multiple requests. But heater wasn't fixed at all. There were very limited food options, they did not honor their menu card either and limited kitchen staff/cook.

I liked the breakfast and staff behaviour

Since there was rain in BBSR, the hotel had an underground water reservoir. The rain water mixed in reservoir and started giving a very stale smell. The water was unfit for use as it was stinking very bad. I dint like the fact that they couldnt do anything for 3 days even after us highlighting the issue to reception. We were not even able to brush our teeth in morning and we used Bisleri to do so.
