We loved the location and the atmosphere. Also the personal was really nice

The bed-couch was really uncomfortable and there were to many lights to sleep (example the big Exit light)

"Suites are great and a huge balcony. Very clean and kitchen had all I needed for my stay."

Great location and views. Beautiful sunrises and sunset views. Dark skies and could see the Milky Way on the road out front. Big balcony. Huge shower.

A door on the bunk bed room would be nice.

"For the cost, AMAZING all around!"

We were completely satisfied with everything at Sugarloaf. We stayed in one of their hotel rooms and it was fantastic. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately to our satisfaction. The facilities were incredibly clean throughout the campground and it was very quiet at night. The pool area was "Tropical". It felt like we were on a Caribbean island somewhere. We would also highly recommend Captain Scott's boat tour. It was amazing and well worth the cost.

That we couldn't stay longer! :-)

"Had a great stay in the hotel"

We wanted to be in the lower keys and this met our expectations. The resort is an excellent facility and we would stay again in the future.

We would have liked to have a king size bed, but we slept fine.
