"Location perfect, a lot of issues up front desk"

Location, amenities, cleanliness.

Stayed at hotel there for 12 days. Three days in I had to pack up all our gear and go to South hotel. Then once there I had to wait 2 hours for clean room. Then once in room, some one else went in while I was unpacking again. He was belligerent and rude. The front desk made a mistake and said was his room This took an addl 45 minutes. So inconvenient and stressful due to front desk mistakes. Nothing offered in return. So rude. Place was wonderful other than that.

We loved our stay. The hotel belongs to a campsite so you can use their facilities (pool, pub). Everything is tidy and the people were so friendly. The rooms are very nice and well equipped

The suite was great bright and roomy. The pool a tree a was awesome

Would like the pool hours later then dusk and a less bright light in the de k with a ceiling fan
