Not very clean. There was a homeless person sleeping on one of the couches on the second floor landing.

OMG, the bed was so bad I had to sleep on couch. No amenities whatsoever ever. And we had to go to another place to check in. No one around to check out. We left keys in room as we didn't know what to do.

Walk8ng distance to Downtown

Wanted to stay longer.

Great location close to waterfront. Very nicely priced.

The location was great for use, visiting family. The covered parking was also a huge plus due to the rain! The rooms themselves were very spacious and well thought out. I appreciated the table and chairs along with the sleeper sofa. The staff was friendly when we had an issue and responsive. It sounds silly, but having a refrigerator that had an ice maker was so cool!

Our first night, we were in a room that had no hot water. We only realized it at 8 pm and had to text/call the after hours staff. We packed up and They moved us to another room which also had no hot water. Third time was a charm and there was hot water in that room - though the water pressure left something to be desired. There was also some cleanliness issues - I found hairs (I think dog hair) on the bed in the first room and on the towels (looked like human) in the final room. The beds were clean and had protective covers though! Checking in/out is at a different location during the off season which wasn’t an issue for us.

location was great, easy walk to waterfront, shops, historical attractions. the covered reserved parking was very appreciated, kept the cars cool. luggage carts were helpful.

the option to prestock the kitchen would have been helpful.
