the location was excellent convenient

Loud noises from the upstairs apartment was annoying.

Based off of reviews I was very pleasantly surprised with the room. Everything was clean, and the room was spacious.

Clean well furnished apartment very near Front street.

Had to find where to check in.

What breakfast?

The dishwasher didn’t work but I didn’t need it anyway. Why does anyone need a dishwasher in a room like that? Stocking the fridge with a few things such as juice would have been much more useful, especially without a Harris teeter around the corner. Also, what do you cook in, serve food on, or eat with?

The room was good, the ac was great, but the overall price for this type of room was not what I expected.

Checkout was at 10 a.m. on a conference day. We asked for an extension and they said no, even though check-in wasn't until 2 p.m. It would be nice for them to work with people when we are there for a conference that ends at 12. Price was not equitable to the stay.
