Clean, close to temple and ghats

Need mats in bathroom to keep dry ( minor thing , but makes big difference)

Very good property only suggestion is to have the number of the hotel available

rooms walls & bath rooms are too old to consider it as 4 or 3 star hotel. Non refunding systems even prior to 2 weeks against booking is more surprise!

Were not given the breakfast

The sensor should not be used in the wash besan as it becomes difficult to wash hands. Secondly the water comes out with such high speed that it wets the clothes.

I liked each and very arrangement. All because of the team at Southern Grand. There is nothing that I did not like.

All are okay Being situated in corridor it is very comfortable stay

The location was perfect. Very convenient to go to the temple. Rooms are well designed and spacious. Toilets are designed well and good workmanship. Room decor is just ok.

Absolutely no maintenance. No one comes to clean the rooms. The towels are soiled and stained. House keeping could be a lot better. They need trained staff . Front desk managers need to update and do better. We had booked for airport taxi and they messed it up badly. It is very difficult to get to this hotel with baggage as they do not let vehicles ply on these roads. It gets very inconvenient to get in and out of this premises.
