Southern Grand Kashi - Inside Kashi Vishwanath Temple Corridor

Location

Its minimum on comfort and staff is complacent. But since we were there for the temple visit, location was a plus. If was difficult navigating in and out of the hotel. Hotel should arrange for QR codes for entry/ exit. And have bare minimum menu options in the hotel room. Price is way too high for the facilities other than its location. I will only stay there again only when I’m visiting the temple to avoid the unmanageable rush. Else not. Thankyou.

1)-Rooms were not clean,toiletries not sufficient,no check point were available for house keeping services, 2)-Room service personals not polite, 3)-For my senior citizens parents, No Consideration done by hotel staff for room's selection on ground or 1st floor(though preference requested online while booking from booking.com), 4)-For Wifi services hardly they shared password saying 5G is for hotel staff only, 5)-No intercom facility was available in my both 2 rooms booking,and I had to go down to tell them if I reqired anything from 2nd floor, 6)-Me & My senior citizens parents were not able to call someone if we would have needed any help or something in night time, 7)-Even after complaining about intercome's not functional facilities hotel staff neither repaired intercoms nor provided any gestures to help us by hotel staff- house keeping or room services, 8)-On my checkout day-3/Sep/2023, I have been wrongly charged by front desk hotel staff- handling computer-account at 10:30Am told me to pay for an extra water bottle amount Rs.20 (for providing an extra water bottle on 2nd Sep/23 @ 9:30 pm) which neither I had received nor they were knowing or had any personal's name who supplied it to us or a step ahead front desk staff didn't know it that who has noted it in my account, if someone has given me call him here in front of me or show me the signed doc.of a water bottle received by me(other than the complimentary 4 bottles for 2 rooms)but there was no answer, 9)-On my checkout hotel staff being rude, instead of providing water to me and my family members in our rooms, he given me all 4 nos.bottles at reception to carry by myself day I took by myself in front of front desk staff. Such a pathetic service,actually it is called guest trouble living & Hotel@"no service" and this type of hotel staff behavior doesn't suits to service provider good hotels.It's not welcoming anyways.

Please look into the matters of hotel staff who handles account,says 1 bottle extra supplied,charges 2 bottles price on account without knowing who supplied to whom,who written charges on computer. It's not the matter of just Rs.20 but it's a matter of demeaning the guest's honor and their dignity by posing such allegations which was ultimately not charged by hotel staff after my questioning for proof or person who supplied that material to us. Making hotel accomodation inside of Shri Kashi Vishwanath ji corridor doesn't mean that Hotel staff is allowed to be-rude&careless,@no service mode,@non considerable for guest's preferences,@short toiletries supply(no hand towels, insufficient Tissue roll supply, no footrest at washroom doors),@claiming false charges & help desk on "Not helping mode". Please don't malign or don't defame name of Varanasi. It's Global and for Great purposes.

Location and cleanliness. Only property that is available in this area which is clean also.



Near temple easy to go for darshan

Location is excellent

Cleaning of toilet was poor in dormitory, in spite of informing staff for dirty washrooms and no water in washbasin tap, staff not attended.
