Friendly Staffs, Quiet Location

Extremely dirty room Walls are too dirty and you can see someone spitting marks. Washroom washbasins were leaking and drainage was not properly working. Multiple times the same was informed to the staff but they weren't repaired and more over even toilet papers were not provided even though multiple times asked them to provide the same. In total a complete waste of money.

This is a lovely place in a peaceful classy neighborhood so if you are new to Mumbai and traveling alone and concerned about a safe place, you can choose this one! There are number of streets with cafes and eating joints within walkable distance. Staff were courteous. There is a nice clean lounge to wait in if you're early. I stayed in the deluxe suite room with lake view.

The room was not clean enough and upon request I could not have then clean it as I was out the whole day and when I was back their staff left for the day. They should always keep the place fully cleaned before guest checks in. They don't allow early check in even by 30min if you reach early, but is available on additional cost. They don't have an in house restaurant b t the staff are courteous to collect your zomato orders and deliver it to your room if requested. Other than cleanliness, I had no other issues. I would definitely come and stay here again. Just adding that it was not dirty either, but hygiene is very important for guests and hence should be taken more seriously especially in bathroom and toilet which was missing here.
