the prompt service of the staff and the courteous nature truly stands out. the location was easily accesible by all directions.

Amazing location. Easy access to sv road, markets. Peaceful. Good, polite staff, helpful and respectful. Comfortable beds, clean towels. No disturbance, so much that we thought why isnt anyone asking for housekeeping.😁 They wont disturb untill we ask for it, is a good thing. Minhaj, the houseboy is very hardworking, perfect on his work. Smart and sharp. Reception staff were kind. The hotel is pretty new launched mid of feb 2024. Hope it stays the same way through the coming years. Will deft visit again.

1.The water supply cuts off for a short moment sometimes. The ac went off fr a night. All this is negligible compared to overall comfy stay. 2. Someone always tags along to ur door step with ur home delivery guy- be it food delivery, laundry man or any other courier services. This annoyed a lot. I did put my thoughts across but the reason given was safety. Which was wierd, did not relate ir make sense to us.

No room service and no tea coffee too was served at the hotel. They had coffee satchets only and no tea bags too

The cleanliness was on point. Loved the vibe the room had. And all the amenities were neat and cleaned properly. Hats off to housekeeping staff.

The walls were thin and we could hear the voices from other rooms clearly. And also the tea or coffee sachet weren't provided.

It's one of the best hotels among the Mumbai I have ever roomed around and the staff is genuinely very nice and make you feel it comfort in the hotel and treat you homely and specially the Wardrobe and the bathroom and the beds are very big and very comfortable to use and the cleaning and the safety is really good the view from the hotel is good and everything is really available here easily and case you don't have anything you are just ask staff will provide you everything you want thanks for the good treatment. Visit you soon again

One of the best hotels visited by me and my partner in Mumbai it was a lovely stay staying in this hotel feel so delightful and comfortable to live. We are so happy with the staff of the hotel was really nice to us . Getting cabs and autos and any kind of transportations from this hotel is very convenient.The room was so big and so much comfortable and especially the washrooms were really nice and big with a hot water flowing.

The staff is very helpful and cooperative and the cleanliness was also up to the mark, the property seems to be new, i will definitely recommend this.
