A gorgeous property with its own views of the valley from the lobby. The rooms have a lovely feel.

Pool is a bit too cold even in the heat.

The most pricey room but the most dark and depressing room...it felt claustrophobic...The plunge pool looked shabby...overpriced food....not at all value for money

Our visit was made even more memorable as we were celebrating a very special occasion, and every detail of your care and service contributed to making it unforgettable. The property is new and modern with gorgeous rooms, high quality amenities, a beautiful pool and luscious gardens. The restaurant staff were superb and the food served was delicious. After 3 weeks of travelling in India, I finally had a real, flaky croissant at Scenic! Special thanks to Sweta for the upgrade to my parents room. Much appreciated.

The buggy service needs to be much better organised. Out of the 4 times we ordered the service, we only got it twice and ended up walking the rest of the time...which was not ideal for my elderly parents. Some maintenance and appliance checks need to be done e.g. the drainage in the shower in Room 126 was not functioning well...I had to stand in a pool of water while showering. Similarly, the kettle in Room 128 was not working and had to be replaced. For a Taj hotel, I was disappointed that the rooms had creamer instead of actual milk.

All facilities are excellent

There was no facility to place the soap in the bathroom in one of the two rooms we stayed. Every day I reminded the staff to fit one. They did not bother and they knew this problem existed for a long. They pass my request as it is a design issue. It makes no sense to me if it is an admin problem or a design problem. I did not like this aspect.
