Paid for the room I never stayed. Though booked it by mistake when called in minutes for refund got refused deliberately.

The location of this hotel is very good as it connects easily to various parts of hyderabad like Old City and Tollichowki. It was on main road do easy to get cab or rickshaws without walking much.

The attitude of the staff at reception. We had paid half of the amount while booking and the second half was to be paid at the property. When we reached the property, we paid the rwmaining amount and asked for a reciept. We were told that we will get it at time of checkout. But we insisted on getting a reciept even if it is via message as a proof. He said he will send it. We did not recieve any confirmation in the two days we stayed there. At the tim3 of checkout, the receptionist made us wait more that 25 minutes with all our luggage only to print out the invoice. Dont know why it took him so long for just printing. Rest was fine
