Small Rooms. Breakfast facilities not upto the mark. Water shortage.

Breakfast was good , it was what expected as they bring the food from their other hotel as they don't have any kitchen. Other than the guy who sits in the reception, the housekeeping guys are very helpful to accomodate the drawbacks n issues I faced during my stay. Guy who sits in the reception gave false promises of fixing the room for 2 instances so lost hope in complaining about the room facility. Place is well connected with auto & taxis, plenty of restaurants nearby including mc donalds.

First of all after booking they put in a room where AC wasn't working, after opening our luggages we found that in the summer heat, the AC hardly cooling the small space. They knew about this issue and still put us there and asked them to move to another room. There we relaxed for an hour the AC stopped working again. I requested the guy in front desk to take a look at the ac when we stepped out for lunch. Upon return we found he didn't do anything about it, then we have to shift again to another room at 12 midnight. So during our stay of 1 night we shifted to 3 rooms, . Also there is no wifi in 3rd floor, you would have to go to reception (1st floor ) to connect or if lucky you can connect to faint wifi on 4th floor. Poor facility maintenance & customer service of front desk would not recommend this place.

The room was nice ,clean and decent, the bathroom was also clean.room cleaning was done on our request.Staff was very cooperative and attentive Good customer service by everyone good job 👍

Breakfast could have been better as very limited options were available.
