"Nice, but they need to pay more attention to cleanliness of the rooms"

Clean on the outside but the room had spiderwebs in the corners. There was broken hook in the bathroom and Rusty shower curtain holder.

The mattresses were enclosed to prevent bed bugs.

The room smelled like an ashtray and had cobwebs in the corners. Facility is run down, even the side door to the outside was broken and wouldn't latch or lock

The noise, the Electrical problems with the TV and bedside Lamps and Veteran Bikers drinking out in front of your Facility and blocking Entrance for people to be dropped off.
