Some of the hotel dont match the order,I booked though Booking.com at a more affordable price ,but the desk staff asked me to pay an extra 1200 plus 300 gst per day.

The washroom ventilation was not good. There was foul smell

I booked and called the hotel for confirmation as I was receiving a confirmation by email. The votel confirmed by phone. 30 minutes later, the hotel called to cancel my booking stating that somebody else came in the meantime and took the room. A day later I received a notification for no-show and telling me that any cost engaged would not be returned. I feel this hotel is a scam and I would not recommend to any traveller
