Room cleanliness.

Bathroom cleanliness can be improved.

Only and Only the location of the property was great. Rooms were clean but we had very very limited option in food in the night. Breakfast buffet is much below basic buffet standards and should be drastically improved. in terms of variety and taste. Good points - Location, Room size and cleanliness, Clean washroom, Very good hot water from shower, Clean towels.

Smell in the bathroom which may be due to various reasons. No lift in the hotel due to which we had to climb upto the second floor.

Poor so called Buffet. Average Idly/ Vada. Average Poori-Bhaji. The buffet could have been better lime Corn flakes or Sandwitches could be added.

Dirty smell in Toilet which took almost 40 minutes to go after the room was opened and AC switched on. No arrangement for getting dinner. The arranged food was also very basic. There was no life in the hotel and our room was on second floor.
