Location/ approach to the property is excellent, nxt to the Metro station helps in beating the traffic blues.

The room, corridors & lobby were stinking. Lacks fresh air & bathroom health faucets were leaking. Bed & linens were dirty . Used Towel was kept & got it replaced. Do not have own room service. Dependent on average Udipi restaurant for meals.

The location was excellent, right opposite the K R Puram railway station. The breakfast was outsourced, we had to walk to the nearby Udipi Hotel and was served a selected combo breakfast. The staff at the reception were very cordial and helpful, that was the only saving grace.

In future Booking.com should inform the guests about the availability of the in-house restaurant. We expect a full fledge Hotel, not apartments converted into staying place. In this place the restaurant inside the complex was also outsourced and they only served north Indian items. Open only for lunch, I am not aware about the dinner. Now the room was badly maintained. The towels were dirty, and the toilet floor was slippery. The spring bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The TV can be viewed only through You Tube. Totally disappointed. Not good and suitable for family group. On top of all these hiccups the most annoying and disgusting part was the follow up by the Treebo group, right from the day we booked this place they were after us asking us to pay an advance amount. Though the time period allotted for payment of the advance amount was two days before our actual stay, this Treebo group sent message after message asking us to make the payment. Even after we made the advance payment, they continued to torture us with their messages. Even after making the final payment, they kept sending us messages to pay the balance amount. First time I am witnessing such unprofessional approach by a Hospitality group.

It should have been buffe system instead of combo. Combo is having limited items. Same combo is repeated every day which is boring. Those should have been more variety of eatables in complementary breakfast.
