I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at the hotel for the following reasons: 1. I booked the room for a business meeting, but the internet was terrible. I had no connection on the first day, and it was inconsistent on the second day, which significantly disrupted my work. I have all the proof 2. Basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and moisturizer were not provided. 3. While the breakfast was good, I had a terrible experience when, during my meal, staff began cleaning the area around my table with a strong-smelling cleaning solution. They should have asked me to wait instead of cleaning while I was eating. 4. I misplaced my room access card, and the hotel had no backup available. I had to rely on staff to escort me in and out each time, as there was only one master card available, which was very inconvenient. 5. To make matters worse, I was charged 1000 INR for the lost card, which is half the room's rent—an unfair charge in my opinion. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I request a refund for the issues I encountered during my stay.
