The tiki bar bartender was AMAZING. Such a good guy, did a great job. The front desk agent who had only worked at the property for a week handled a very stressful situation with ease. She was phenomenal. The staff we encountered was great.

We checked in, one pool was caution taped off, it’s opening weekend so we didn’t think anything of it bc it happens. Our room flooded bc of the guest above us so we had to move mid-stay. Our keys didn’t work for the new room. Our tv didn’t work in the new room. I called the front desk to get assistance and they offered to reset the cable…it never turned on and after that our calls went to voicemail. The bartender at the tiki bar was phenomenal. The front desk agent was amazing in handling the room flooding considering it was her first week on the job.

The staff are all very friendly! Unfortunately for us the weather wasn't warm enough to swim so we didn't get to experience that for review, however the pool and hot tub looked clean and fun! The bar beside the pool was great and the server friendly. The room was clean and bed comfortable, would def stay here again.

Small downside would be the 4pm check in time. A little earlier would be nice but I also understand staffing can be an issue so it wasn't a big deal we just had to hang on to our luggage for awhile longer. More difficult without a car and only a golf cart.

Staff was excellent

Bed sheets and bathroom was not very clean, shower had pink mildew around bottom of shower and some mold

The view, and close to shops, restaurants etc. staff was helpful and stored our luggage after checkout

No refrigerator,coffee maker, ironing board

Screened in porch was not clean - there was a lot of dead tiny flies. They were all over table and chairs. I cleaned them off.
