close to downtown - my room was next to the elevator and it was very quiet. It was clean and the staff was very nice. They did charge a $20 fee that I wasn't expecting when I checked in.

A nice little hotel. Hallways are narrow as the building is older. I was quite surprised by the "resort fee" charged at check in. When I inquired about it I was advised it covered things like bottles of water, WiFi and fitness facilities, of which there was an exercise room only. I commented that such amenities are standard now and was rewarded with a free drink that I guess cost me $20. Also, some glasses in the room would be nice. And my coffee maker didn't work. I did advise the front desk about that.

A mix of classy and modern style building

Everything was clean, easy check in. Hotel will charge extra $40 as resort feed. They will provide water, snacks and a free glass of wine.

I liked the location. I didn't like the service. You have to request a house keeping. Rooms wall are too close.

This is a lovely hotel. Nice bar. Nice decor in rooms. The bad part was the check in. I was told that I would be charged a $20 amenity fee for a water and granola bar (that I did not want) and for a complimentary glass of wine in addition to the $20 resort fee. How is the free glass complimentary if you have to pay for it? The person who checked me in, Liam, was not kind or helpful in explaining this charge. Then, we got our keys and went to our room- but someone was already in the room. So I went down 6 flights to get the new keys, even though we were tired and ready to get to our room; and he was not apologetic. On the flip side, we were granted a late check out by the manager and that was nice.

La struttura era pulita e la colazione preparata sul momento era buona.

Purtroppo non ho chiuso occhio durante il soggiorno nonostante io abbia prenotato una camera delux. La stanza era adiacente all’ascensore vecchio e rumorosissimo tra l’altro unico ascensore dell’interno edificio che ha praticamente fatto su e giù tutta la notte e tutta la mattina. Trovo assurdo che un 4stelle abbia una camera situata in una posizione del genere.

Lovely responsive staff. Older building is aesthetically renovated modern & airy. Very convenient location 1.5 mi walk to many sites.

Loved the lore of the hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Great happy hour drinks, bar staff was great. Hotel was clean, great location, I would definitely stay here again.
