They remodeled the room the staff were very nice and friendly it's a older hotel I did feel a little unsafe and closed in it got us through the night

Very minimal. No closet to hang clothes.

Updated, clean, comfortable.

Phone didn't work. Weren't allowed to have visitor. No Wi-Fi password. Crowded parking area. Over-charged.

Great staff and nice modern vibe.

The cleanliness could have definitely been a lot better

Charged us twice for our stay and when I tried to call to get credit no one answered! It was a high price over 100.00 dollars and during a time when everyone in the area was during with bad weather and being without electricity! Would love for them to get me a credit for the extra day we only stayed one night and left early the next morning around 9am! Charged us for two nights didn’t even stay 13hrs

Check in went well. Young man was very Pleasant He explained they had just opened and a few items were on order but had not arrived. So my room did not have a chair, clothes rack or cups. The second day I ask if they had any kind of chair (even a folding) the young man said he would look. On my second request he said give him 5 minutes. It has now been about an hour and no chair or call telling me he could not find one. Also there is no ice machine. I am going to sleep now. Checking out in the morning.

The manger on duty was so friendly and helpful

Very nice management. New owner who was really working to bring the place together. If I needed anything like extra blankets he was very quick to respond.

Bed side lamps would have been nice. Also coffee pot or keurig for us Caffeine addicts lol
