Staffs are very proactive and helpful , shower geyser , ac , power backup very good 5/5
Hygiene and rooms smells i found many used socks on the drawer and blood stain on the blanket , cleanliness is lacking , pic taken i think since 1947 story, i reached late i dint have option but to stay here for one night.

Nothing much. Just okay
Pathetic checkin process and billing process. No proper response from the staff. Booking included breakfast, but they informed that it will be arranged after 9am. Even after multiple requests to provide by 8.30am, no response. They kept on saying if you have any issues, speak with customer care. No one at the hotel was concerned.
