Room size and cleanliness are somewhat good.

The attendant was sober and down to earth. He was willing to help. Location is good.

The bathroom and room walls were not clean, it had smoke smell. Toiletries missing The breakfast was not on site.

The room size is big and spacious. Water flow in bathroom is good. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Firstly, the doors of the room do not have a proper latch. I would recommend to put a proper door lock in every room as this may become a security concern. The doors don't even have a peep hole. Also since everyone has access to all floors, this may become a security concern. Secondly, on two days the people on 4th floor were making furniture noises, dragging or it seemed like some carpentry was happening at 2 AM. Thirdly, they do not keep complimentary water in the room upon check in.

The place was cheap and it was easy to contact the management 24/7.

They didn't have any breakfast, although it was said on booking.com that they did have breakfast. The staff was friendly, but was not properly trained. I tried to pay using my credit card, but they didn't know how to do a card transaction. They asked for my passport for ID, and they left my passport inside the photocopier. I thought I lost it, but the staff was friendly and returned my passport the next day. The worst thing was that the beadsheets were not clean at all, and I asked them for a replacement. Then, they brought some washed sheets, but they were even dirtier than before. Finally, I found some decent sheets to use for 5 nights.
