Munnar is nature's basket..the hotel is located in a tea estate and at an elevation which provides a good view. The food provided is okay. Not so great. There are variety of options in buffet but everything is all right. Could have been better. The rooms were clean. The staff is courteous.

The one thing I did not like about the rooms were that there's nothing much provided in it. There is no space to keep luggage. No storage facility in the bathrooms. You cannot keep your toiletries anywhere. Also there is no provision made to keep clothes in the washroom.
