The lady who connected from hotel head office.

The person who is in reception need to trained. At least ask him smile to guests. Really stupid. Ask hotel to mention the details correctly on your website.

Upgrade to suite was nice but we did not really need the extra room...bedroom was large with plenty room for 2 suitcases. Balcony facing west was lovely to sit out on with great views. Bath and shower and plenty hot water. No a/c but in the evening fan was enough. Good interesting b/f with big choice. Helpful friendly staff. In quiet place about 4-5mins walk from town

Error made by booking.com saying rooms had a/c when none of them have it.

The view in the balcony room was nice. The hotel is located just at the right distance from the town center.

The internet was not at all they way I expected. The hotel says it has high speed internet. But my room was in the corner of the building and i was not able to maintain a sustained connection to wifi

Location A beautiful location on main highway from Munnar to tea museums road. Ambiance An artistic interiors of reception desk and indoor hotel lobby area was very nice. It has a nice secnic garden, scenic restaurants with vire of tea gardes hill. Room A very good and specious room with tea plantation view and equipped with all modern amenities. Bathroom A good clean bathroom equipped with all basic amenities. Staff All staff was polite, kind. Service A room service was quick and prompt. Memorable stay at Hotel, happy to come again.

The location is about 600m from the market so it’s quiet. The view from the balcony rooms and the restaurant is excellent.

Food was iffy at best. Pakodas were good. Fish fry was also good. Some veg dishes were just OK. Lassi was good too. Breakfast spread was OK but taste was average
