Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Area is nice and safe.

The room had some significant damage already. Some carpet pulling up, decent size cracks and slits in paint on the walls. However nothing that really affected our stay.

The banquero hall was very nice, except for a few things... The floors were extremely sticky!! Like as if the lacquer or polish was coming off. Maybe consider an occasional professional cleaning. Some of the walls have dripping stains on them as well and chair linens have some holes in them. Despite those little things it was great!! I would totally recommend this Hall to others seeking a place to have an event! Staff were friendly and the coffee was delicious! The overall stay at the hotel was good but things to note is the place is somewhat dated and although clean you're going to find peeling wallpaper and mold in the bathroom. That may be a ventilation issue but overall we'd stay here again if needing too!! Thanks again Hotel Xola...

The banquet hall was great!!! The staff are friendly and pleasant! The overall stay wasn't to bad but its in need of serious renovation !
