Presque Isle Hotel

Recently reopened and updated! Much nicer than the last stay ! Staff was top-notch polite helpful and friendly😀. We had a great room everything was clean and neat. Granddaughter loved the pool! Close to our family , shopping and dinning.

no guidebook to where anything local was like food churches shopping hospitals etc. The usual. No phone in room to contact front desk or housekeeping. Would like yard and parking lot cleaned up garbage and construction debris.

Very dirty. Yes, they were renovating but in my opinion they should have completed more work before opening. Dirty carpet, walls, every touchable surface and their was zero sense of security, doors left wide open and/or propped open with random chunks of asphalt or garbage. We didn't have towels for the pool, inspected the pool area, oh my, family swimming in the dark, hair, cigarette and garbage all around. We went to ask for towels and we were greeted by a child that was too eager to talk to strangers. We eventually got pointed in the right direction to towels, we were at the laundry room door and unfortunately witnessed their haphazard laundry system that consisted of half a dozen household washer/dryers, linen on the floor and zero organization. We were given newly folded towels that were still damp and we made our way to the pool. The table we found to rest towels was sticky and had cigarette ashes sprinkled about. The only reason we continued our adventure this far is because we were with our own eager child that wanted to swim, otherwise we would have eloped very swiftly. Luckily there was a family enjoying the pool, which was comforting since there were no lights on The child that greeted us arrived without supervision brought a speaker and loudly began playing his music and requesting attention from patrons.

The new restaurant/bar was a great place to hang out. The staff in the bar area were so nice and welcoming. Good location, comfy bed.

No WiFi, you could tell that the room had been smoked in and there was an attempt to cover up the smell. Bottom rim of toilet was not cleaned (gross), bathtub rocked with our body weight- cheaply installed. The dirty toilet made us wonder what other corners are cut. Thin ceilings- whoever was in the apartment above us decided to play loud music at night. No sauna as advertised.

the potential is enormas obvious big renovations so construction trash near entries, room electric locks need updating and drive/parking needs new assault

Not hotels fault but whoever was in room above mine walked around like an elephant, I would have told staff but no easy way to contact the desk

Exceptional staff, very nice clean room, the heated pool was AMAZING! Room was massive, extremely easy to book and maintain. Staff were very attentive to our needs! We book for 2 nights, ended up staying for 5 days, because we didn’t want to leave!

Nothing stay was EXCEPTIONAL!

I needed a place to stay when I was visiting my daughter at Umpi and this hotel was so lovely to stay in! From the second I walked in until the moment I left it was amazing! The staff (especially leslee!!) was AMAZING and helped me with whatever I needed! The room was spotless, beds and towels pristine, and the warm pool is amazing! There’s a bar a restaurant located in the building so I didnt even need to leave to get dinner! Any time I come to the area I will absolutely be staying here!
