This is a solid choice in Madurai. Good location, close to the railway station and with the main sights in walking distance. Room is equipped satisfactory.

Staff is friendly and clearly trying, just not very helpful. We had to ask multiple times for certain things until they were really provided (quite annoying to ask five times for a hair dryer and still have to go to reception desk in person to get it handed over eventually). When asking for tourist information, the answers are very brief, seemingly just trying to answer but not giving additional useful information that could make our stay better. Website is completely outdated, email address not existing anymore and no responses on Whatsapp. Without an Indian phone number being able to call, this is a hassle.

Nothing really.. they cancelled my reservation last minute a last minute on WhatsApp and then gave me a different property which was not good at all..

Last min cancellation and very unprofessional staff It’s like you book something but the money hungry hotel staff will ditch you last moment by overbooking the rooms..
