In West Chester Ohio the service, staff the whole experience was awesome. The room was CLEAN, comfortable I can’t say anything bad about this hotel. Anytime we’re here this will be where we’ll stay. Thank you for everything

Room had no curtains, gave us the wrong rooms that we booked and said sorry we are sold out. If you book a room that is what you should get not the other way around, not my fault you over booked.

The room was big, clean and spacious. The hotel seemed clean and well kept. The staff was friendly.

Clean, quiet hotel spacious rooms

Overall it is a beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was good the hot foods needed some work since the chicken was still cold and the rest of the hot foods were barely warm. The hotel itself is really nice and very new looking. The pool is on the small side for as big as the hotel is, but well kept. The mattress was really firm and I couldn’t sleep at all with the beds being so firm. It was like sleeping on the springs. My husband and kids said it was not comfortable for them either but for someone that likes a firm bed you are in luck!

This hotel was clean and comfortable and I love having a small kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and there was already a set of sheets/blanket in the room for the pull-out bed. The staff was friendly and the every-other-day room reset was just enough to keep clean towels handy. I have a few items I'd want to mention that were less than ideal in case this is the make-or-break factor for anyone. The bathroom door is a barn door sliding one, and doesn't lock. The shower doors are clear glass and if someone is showering and someone else needs the bathroom, there is no privacy for either person. Also the room we had didn't have a bathroom vent (maybe it was broken, or maybe it really doesn't have one). This was an issue for the privacy of my family members - a working vent, a locking door, and frosted shower doors would have made a great deal of difference. Also on a smaller note, the pool was cloudy and needs to be serviced, and there is no clock in the pool room which would be an easy fix for the hotel and convenient.
