This was my second stay in four weeks. First stay my bathroom was dirty the first night and I cleaned it with the dish detergent that was provided. They did come and clean the room the next day and overall that experience was fine. On this visit, we stayed for six nights. They did a “ refresh” to the room two days after our check-in and even though this was supposed to be done every two days - housekeeping did not return. The bathroom area around the shower looked like it had never been cleaned. I had asked them to vacuum dirt in the rug in an area around the bed and this was not done. We did complain to management on day 4 and were assured that they would clean our room. However, they didn’t. We got our own towels from the front desk. Overall, not worth the money and we won’t be staying there again.

This hotel was incredible, amazing amenities and service. We were staying with our soccer team for a tournament weekend and everyone agreed this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

Our stay was amazing.

Fire Alarm went off for couple hours Two day in Row next to the Elevator Rooms (Rooms 208, 308, 408, and 508). Promise for refund. Some guest got full refund but I did not. inconsistency disappointing and concerning, as it raises questions about fairness and customer treatment

The Hotel was impressively clean. And homely, I loved it.

This was my family’s first time staying at a Hilton property and it’s definitely worth the stay, the two queen bed suite provided incredible convenience with having small children who go to sleep early and leaving another room to be able to still socialize with family. The free breakfast was excellent, and the staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help serve my family. Will definitely be booking at Hilton again in the near future.
