INRooms are clean and it’s a newly built hotel.
- Not even a single day we got hot water. Whenever we got hot water, it’s less than half bucket and just for 2 minutes. And one of the staff member gave us GYAAN saying too much hot water is not good for health. - they have a total of 10 rooms and they don’t have enough towels. They gave one towel when we checkin and later they gave another one and the next day when we asked for room cleaning, they took that second towel and when I asked for one more towel, they gave me used non washed torn towel which is so weird. - When we asked to clean the room, they didn’t even clean the bathroom, all hair is just there on the floor.
INEverything was good and i did an early checkin and they took good care from the time of check in and at the time of stay! Not to mention the Housekeeping staff were very prompt.
INWonderfully laid out and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Fairly & well priced, unlike other properties. Exceptional service. Great location.
