INStaff where super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping exceptionally good. Restaurant was great, good mix of dishes all good superbly. Next to mall, easy access Excellent rooms and breakfast options. Great location and staff.
INI had an excellent experience in Hotel Phoenix - Bengaluru. The staffs were very supportive and friendly. The front desk manager was very helpful. Raju from the front desk was very helpful and answered all my queries patiently. and all the chauffeurs are very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely visit again next time I am in Bangalore.

INVery clean and tidy room and bathroom. All required amenities provided ( some on request ). Rooms were spacious. very clean room and hotel! bed was a little too firm for my taste, but everyone has their own preferences
