This hotel was inside a mall. Looked very very shabby from outside.

Very costly compared to the facilities received. None of the staff can converse even in Simple English. Even Soap was not there in the wash room

INRestaurant and location are the only things good about this hotel.
Rooms are average. We stayed 4 nights. There was no cleaning, our sheets were not changed. Washrooms were not cleaned. After calling at the reception continuously for one entire day, they sent someone for cleaning @6.00pm in the evening. That person changed sheets, dusted and moped the room but did not wash the toilet/ bathroom. Water which is complimentary daily was not given at all. And when u called the reception they told me that it will take a lot of time.
