Staff very accommodating. Lovely bed and bathroom.
A United Airlines mechanical problem led to the airline paying for a night in this hotel. I could not have been more surprised by the restaurant. The dinner (Steak Frites with a Chimichurri sauce) was wonderful.. Even better was the bartender, Ashley, who knows how to make a great cocktail and how to make patrons feel welcome.
Building won’t run itself. Hire more staff
We were told it doesn’t matter what we say, things will not change.
USBreakfast was ok but pricing for a typical "free" breakfast your get at other hotels.
Flet like we were charged for all sorts of things that are usually included in stay, parking, breakfast etc.
Squeaky clean and new, pleasant staff and great beds. Downstairs bar & restaurant was surprisingly good food Had a glass of wine and a pasta with chicken added. Spouse had an old-fashioned and a crispy chicken Cobb. Quiet, cool, clean and calm.
Crystal clean pool. Nice updated rooms and lobby. Would stay here again.
The check in process was easy and there was an area with food and amenities which was helpful since my flight had been canceled. I did find a couple of black hairs (not mine) on the floor and in the shower. One of the pillows had a stain on the pillowcase, couldn’t tell if it was a new stain or had been washed so I didn’t use it. The bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows were not. I woke up with a neck ache.
The property was well kept and clean.
