The only thing that caught me off guard was thet they charge you 15 dollars a day for parking kind of dumb if you are staying there and no security
This is a sharp and convenient HGI near Denver International Airport that seemed new and clean. The hotel got creative by placing the bed in the center of the room and not against a wall, which was interesting. I was just sorry that I was not greeted/recognized as a Hilton Diamond member when we checked in, and they did not offer free parking or free breakfast for Diamond members, although we did receive a $20 Hilton Honors dining and beverage credit. Beware: they charged us for their breakfast buffet (this is not a Hampton Inn) and $15 for overnight parking. I'm also not a fan of checking in and then being required to go back to my car to place a parking tag on my mirror or dashboard.
A very nice and clean hotel.
USLocation was very close to the airport with lots of food options near by. Hotel was very nice and clean. I went to check in to the hotel at 2:30pm and was intentionally ignored by the woman standing behind the counter. When she finally acknowledged me she informed me in a very rude tone that I would have to pay $50 to check in before 3pm. No explanation or other words were spoken as she went back to staring at her computer ignoring me. We left and came back 30 minutes later and were thankfully greeted by a very kind woman who had only been working at the hotel for a week. First impressions matter, and unfortunately ours was not great.
