Vdara Hotel & Spa

I stayed at this hotel with a group of three friends. The four of us shared one of the suites and were comfortable. The room is definitely not very spacious, but it worked perfectly for four women. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed for a good shower. The hotel is located in an excellent spot on the strip, and also has internal connections to the Cosmopolitan and an internal bridge that takes you to other nearby hotels. So if it's raining or very hot or cold, you don't have to go out onto the main street. Keep in mind that the hotel doesn't have a casino, so if you're looking to gamble, you'd have to walk to another hotel. And the pool area is small but nice. The price was good for the quality. The hotel is clean, safe, and has a Starbucks and a self-service store in the lobby.

Great hotel room in a beautiful, clean hotel. Hotel was quiet, clean, and in a great location. Easy access to Aria, Cosmopolitan and Bellagio hotels.

Great room. Love the kitchen. Smells great in the lobby area. Yes, I did have a couple problems, but Vdara took care of them. Plan to stay in 2026.

Check in was ridiculous. First check in the lady switched computers three times to try and get us checked in; we were given keys for room 11009; went to the room and it had not been cleaned, beds weren't made, towels everywhere. Went back to the front desk, this time two different computers, gave us keys to room 15009, neither would work. Went back to front desk, two tries and finally a manager scanned our keys and went with us to make sure they worked. No one offered a baggage cart when we arrived and when we asked for one they said we couldn't get one, even though we saw about 7-8 not being used. Key cards didn't work the second day. The only positive was valet, which it should be at $40 per day (we only dropped our car off on Tuesday and got it back Thursday). Never going back to that one again, would never recommend.

The Vdara hotel in Las Vegas was beautiful. Our first impression was that it was the most fancy hotel we have ever been in, because we usually do not stay in these types of hotels. Our room felt spacious and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. We did need help figuring out how to open the curtains, so we called the front desk, and they sent someone over quickly. It was great service. The asked for a room with a view to the Bellagio Fountains, and we were able to see those, and more of the Las Vegas Strip. It was a really clean hotel room and had enough towels and amenities. The location was perfect for us and we were able to walk mostly everywhere we wanted to go, like the main strip. When we needed an Uber ride, the area to get one was easily marked. Would definitely stay here again.

I received exceptional support from Michael Williams from Security. He is extremely proactive, professional, and solution driven. I had an edge case where my prescription glasses were marked as delivered but couldn’t be found, possibly left in an area the business center couldn’t access. I needed them urgently to see, so it was a stressful situation. Michael went above and beyond to help. He initiated several phone calls and management to check restricted areas, and I overheard him asking what the plan would be if the manager wasn’t available, he was thinking beyond a quick fix and aiming for an institutional solution. Really appreciate the effort and follow-through.

Located in the center of The Strip beside the Aria and Cosmopolitan, this hotel is unique in that it does not have a casino, therefore is truly smoke free. The rooms are large and modern, and includes a separate dining room/table, living room, master, and bathroom. The room we had included a small kitchen but did not come furnished unlike a villa, however had a small fridge and microwave. Unfortunately our experience in the beginning wasn’t the best in that we were given a room on the 6th floor which was considered an upgrade. When we asked for a higher room upgrade, they gave us a room on the 40th floor which unfortunately smelled like someone had smoked in it previously. We stayed here one night, but had to move the following day because it was giving my wife a headache. The room we eventually settled into was on the 34th floor with a partial view of the Bellagio Fountains and the Sphere. Note all these room changes were after they knew we were Platinum Elite Bonvoy members… The room on the 40th floor didn’t have shampoo or conditioner, and the room on the 34th floor had technical issues with the television (some channels/CBS had no sound). The bed however was very comfortable and provided a good night sleep. We really enjoyed the hotel lounge located in the lobby in that it was seldom busy, bar drinks were good, had a large outside patio, and had enough HDTV screens around to watch football games including TNF. There is also a small cafe and a Starbucks located in the lobby. The pool and hot tub was located on the 3rd floor and wasn’t busy during our visit. It was medium size with plenty of sunshine throughout the day. The cabana areas had their own wading pools for cabana owners. The drinks however were on the expensive side so make sure you order the larger option. Tip: Rent a cabana from 130-5pm in advance. The other thing we really enjoyed were the sky bridges that connected the Vdara to the Cosmopolitan to the Aria and even to the Bellagio. It was really convenient to go to these other hotels which had a lot of very good food, bars, and dinning options. If you didn’t want to walk, you could also hop on the short tram ride between all three hotels. Overall a pleasant stay at this property, minus the poor customer service experience in the beginning which hopefully could be a learning experience.

Love staying at Vdara. The staff are always pleasant, timely and helpful. The room was clean and modern. The view was amazing.

You can’t beat the location for central strip and proximity to Bellagio, aria, cosmo and Waldorf. Easy check in and our upgraded room was beautiful. Had to ship a package home and cost was about $70 but they made it convenient.
