"Disappointed"

The staff

The bathroom had mold on the walls. beds were too high, had to pick up grandkids to get them on the bed. I did not like the fact that the AC only went down to 73, Finally, found a coffee pot, unable to locate a coffee cup. Was booked with free breakfast at restaurant, not a restaurant was a bistro... coffee bar.. not, what was implied. .

The lobby and the location are amazing. We liked the Sunday market

The room was not cleaned during our stay and there were plenty of amenities missing (not enough towels for the all guests) No storage area on the bathroom

"We'd come back!!!"

The hotel was terrific! Special thanks to the bar tenders on the lobby level; they were terrific! Wish I could remember their names. And special thanks to Aramis - awesome as well!! And Valets were great!!

I was disappointed with having to pay for parking; I didn't expect that and $40 to valet seemed a bit much. But the valets were terrific - very pleasant and helpful!
