Moxy St. Petersburg Downtown

Lobby and bar area is very comfortable and a really nice place to get a drink/ eat. The rooftop bar and pool is very nice to relax after wandering around the city.

Room was small by US standards but fine for the 2 of us. Hotel is a long way from the beach area if you don't have a car, we used a sun runner bus to get to st petes beach and an uber back

La habitación demasiado pequeña, no la organizaron bien al otro dia de quedarnos y ya no quise que volvieran a entrar a limpiar. Tuve que salir temprano el 5 de mayo y olvide algo en la habitación y la persona que estaba en recepción no podia darme una tarjeta nueva, por que no sabía solo cubría al personal por que se había enfermado. Dando gracias a Dios que pude encontrar la tarjeta de lo contrario hubiese perdido mi visita ahi. El parqueadero me parece un poco costoso por noche 40usd.

Location is excellent. Cool decor and design.

Rooms were very small for the price. No coffee in the rooms, no free coffee at all, and the coffee rhey sold in the lobby was expensive and mediocre as well.40+ for parking is ridiculous. Thats more than NYC hotel parking.

The Sunday pool party and adjacent restaurant looks amazing. Caroline and Charlie were the Bartenders downstairs that really took care of me. I met Three different receptionist one short hair, one red hair and one curly in the morning who were great in answering questions and funny with jokes. I hate I didn’t get their names. I will for next review because I plan on staying there my next visit.

I didn’t like the Valet price. If you are visiting, you pay $24 but you are penalized for staying at the hotel and pay $40. FYI- booking.com mentions $35 but that is incorrect

Staff were excellent and super helpful! Once we checked out, they held our luggage for us and gave us a card key to access the pool until we needed to leave. They were also very friendly and made us feel welcome. The valet's were accommodating, letting us park until we could check in and bring our luggage up to our room.

When we arrived there was some sort of nightclub event happening. It wasn't really the hotel's fault but we were traveling with a small child it just felt like a weird vibe. The hotel bar didn't take cash which I thought was a bit strange for a hotel but it seemed to be somewhat of a trend in Florida. The parking was by valet only, which is only problematic if you need something from the car.
