Murrieta Hot Springs Resort

I highly recommend the Hot Springs for all things rest and rejuvenation with the geothermal waters as my ultimate anti-age therapy!! I’ve enjoyed overnight staycations but recently joined as a member to enjoy the slower-paced quieter weekdays so I can take my time to experience allllll the pools & wellness activities!! The staff is so helpful answering questions, giving recommendations, and well trained in hospitality. Outside the resort & waters, my faaaavs are Guenther’s Lounge with ahhhmazing Dovetail (NA) Elixirs, Talia Kitchen clean beautiful delicious creations, & the new coffee shop, Brew 1902, is my new drop-in any morning chill spot.

It was my first time at a spa ever, the experience was amazing. Mak and Kelcee made the experience great. They both were so kind and funny and amazing with drink recommendations. Very attentive at their job and taking great care of us. Thank you to the both of them ! We will be back.

These spa as a whole is very vast and has a lot of space which leaves areas for privacy if you want to be left alone, or to be social around a crowd. I think there needs to be improvements but the best part hands down was the massage; they offer many different kinds. I was lucky to have America as my masseuse and she did an excellent job in my magnesium body facial! Best part of the day hands down!

Hello folks! This is my first ever review because I feel strongly about a few things. I’m here with my husband for our 26th wedding anniversary for the whole week. We’ve been here 24 hours and during this time we’ve had some good experiences. First and foremost, the staff. Ahnee, at the pool, was absolutely terrific!! She clearly cared about good service and made sure we had everything we wanted. Super friendly and willing to do whatever to make our stay great. Thanks Ahnee! Kelsey, at the spa, gave both of us facials today and we were very happy with both our treatments! Anthony and Kalia were very helpful as spa greeters. Gerardo Garfias also stepped up to help my hubby with directions back to our room. So as you can tell… staff are very nice and experienced! Question… is it allowed to play your personal music at the adult pool… shouldn’t be. The reason for the 3star, is simple. This resort is still going thru “opening pains”. There’s a lot of improvement to go. 1. No laundry services 2. No room service… what??? 3. $8 for bottled water in a reusable 20iz can. Kinda steep IMO. 4. Closet is tiny and can’t hang a dress. 5. You’re conservative on not having straws in drinks and reusable water can but have paper cups for coffee. Where’s the mugs I see in the video you show on the TV? At least in the suites! 4. Dirty glasses not taken by maids and have to call front desk for clean ones. Called twice without an answer.

I recently had the chance to take several classes at Murrieta Hot Springs with Lauren and she was absolutely fantastic. We joined her for a cold plunge class, yoga, a sound bath, and a roll and recover session, and every single one was a highlight of our trip. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, you can tell she really understands the body and the benefits of each practice, but what makes her stand out is how approachable and fun she is. She has a great sense of humor that instantly puts you at ease, while still guiding you with skill and confidence. Whether it was helping us push through the challenge of the cold plunge, creating a deeply relaxing sound bath, or teaching us techniques for releasing tension through myofascia work, she made every class both enjoyable and impactful. I walked away feeling amazing and seriously considering a membership! If you’re visiting Murrieta Hot Springs, I can’t recommend her classes enough, they’re the perfect blend of learning, laughter, and wellness.

The morning of my massage I was notified that the masseuse called out and was asked if I could change my appointment to a later time. It set the tone for a disappointing start to the day because I was with my niece and we booked services for the same time. They were unable to accommodate a later appointment time for her because they were booked for the day. I agreed to a later appointment, however, it was going to result in me not being able to participate in one of the other services because there would not enough time between other services. The keys for our lockers had to be re-keyed which resulted in additional time spent at check-in. The keys for the spa services and the special pools also had to be re-keyed due to them, not working the first time. Once I was finally able to get out to the pools, I did have a good time. It was difficult to grab seats in the shade because by the time things were settled, most of the great seats were taken. I gave the resort four stars for two reasons. 1) The massage I received from Ahshraki (I may be butchering her name—sorry) was FABULOUS! Definitely 10/10. And, the customer service representative, Antonio was extremely kind, considerate, and apologetic. When I asked to speak with a manager to see if they could compensate me for the inconveniences, he assisted me. The manager, whose name I can remember, but was equally kind and considerate, took care of me! It made up for all of the other issues I’d encountered. This was not my first trip to MHS Spa and it won’t be my last.

It was the first time going here with my friends and I, and we had the best time. The bartender Makara had made this experience even better with amazing drinks and he was very informative on where everything was. Truly was great customer service and I look forward to going back the following week for that.

My husband and I celebrated his birthday here and had a fantastic time! Starting at check in! Front desk took the time to explain the resort! Went over what was included and offered and outlined the property map! Our room was fresh and clean and the mid century decor was such a new touch. The resort is a wellness dream with a state of the art fitness center and offers many classes. The pools and hot springs and clean and very well maintained. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There is alot of information posted thru out to explain the health benefits of all that is offered. We did a guided sound bath with Em who also guided us thru a cold plunge. She was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Talia the on site restaurant was also a gorgeous mid century dream. Andy our waiter was awesome and the food was so delicious. We loved our stay and can't wait to visit again!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly host to drive us to check in. Antonio G, was exceptional! We will definitely be back due to the care and attention to the guests. Thank you for making our first experience better than anything we have had. We look forward to revisiting.
