Murrieta Hot Springs Resort

we were told it’s a guaranteed check-in for the hotel room at 4pm, but the room wasn’t ready till 6:30pm and no one contacted us about it once. not even when it was ready. we had to call front desk multiple times to get updates, but instead of being honest and just letting us know the room isn’t close to being ready, they told us “oh just another 20 minutes”. had us waiting around anticipating that our room was about to be ready, but whole time we could’ve done other activities while waiting if we knew the room wasn’t at all close to being ready. had dinner reservations at 7:30pm, didn’t get the room until 6:30pm and had to rush getting ready for dinner sucked.

All the workers were attentive and nice ! I felt so welcomed when we arrived . The rooms were nice and clean.I had a great weekend for my auntie birthday !

Here for my very close friend’s birthday, party of 22. I am big on customer service, it can shake or break a place for me. Able at check in. George at the bathhouse and Yesenia our server at the cabanas, excellent! The food was ok, the drinks a bit watered down, light on the cocktail and for the cost there should have been a lil more. My room, loved it my bed was soo comfy. One recommendation either make the tv swivel or place it in the corner of the two walls. It was perfect for the coach but most people like to lay in bed and watch tv. Overall all I enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back. 😊

Yesenia, Panye, Antonio were absolutely the best! I came for a friend’s birthday and I will be back for my birthday. The hospitality is unmatched .

This place was amazing ! The staff is unbelievable! Very nice and attentive to everyone. Called about a tv not working at 800pm they had a maintenance man up in 5 minutes to fix the problem . The restaurants are fantastic. All in all one of the best places I have ever stayed and will be my new go to for special occasions.

The mineral water is very hot. Resort doesn't cool it all. It's impossible to stay in this hot water, especially for people with hypertension! They don't tell that upfront! There are all kinds of rules there and access checks. I don't feel like I am on vacation. Hotel starts pushing guests out at 8am on the departure day, sending reminder texts to get out and rules, threatening extra punitive charges that are wildly excessive. There is no contactless check out. Got to drive over to the front desk, wait in line...

I spent two nights here with my wife and two adult daughters to celebrate my 75th BD. My daughters went for the lower hillside suite while my wife and I shared the standard economical room with a king bed in the older Monterey building. I knew I shouldn't have been a penny pincher trying to save money on my BD! That being said, my OCD wife was absolutely impressed with the entire facility! The entire staff was very efficient in keeping all the areas around the soaking pools clean. Everywhere we turned there were soaking pools and swimming pools. We took a liking to the individual stone soaking tub that was shaped like a rectangular. tub which can accommodate two adults comfortable. I must say after 15 minutes, my entire body was totally relaxed. I was so relaxed that I actually felt tired! You have to come early as these tubs fill up quickly later on in the morning There are too many relaxing activities here that are too numerous to mention, but most of them are listed on their site. My daughters treated me to an amazing dinner at Talia's Kitchen on site. My main entree of prime rib (coffee rubbed or coffee infused) topped off with berries really tantalized my aging taste buds. To be honest, I have never tasted a prime rib so delicious in my 75 years of existence. I have been on many cruises, and their prime rib doesn't even come close to this one. We were so impressed with the entire facility, so we booked the two-bedroom suite for Xmas Eve and Xmas for my wife's BD. I cannot be cheap with the Mrs. if I want to make it to my 76th BD! I would also like to commend Mr. Abel Luna, the director of the front office. I had a minor issue with our room carpet, and he responded in a very timely fashion. Can you imagine the director personally responding to a small issue such as mine? That's what I call real customer service in my books! Folks, this place will not disappoint.

Everything was fine except the lady who check us in she was not too friendly.
