My friends and I spent the day at MHS for a birthday. We reserved a cabana for the day which was perfect Sydnie took care of all out needs she was so sweet and attentive. The grounds are so beautiful tranquil and relaxing there are so many pools for hydrotherapy options. My favorite part was the aromatherapy in the sauna and the reflexology walking path. I love that i can take advantage of the local resident pass cant wait to return!

I was lucky enough to spend my birthday here with 5 other friends. What a blast! It was a weekday, so I feel like it was less crowded. The food and drinks were top notch. We had a cabana and Ahnee was taking care of us. She was fantastic. She explained all the various options we had available for our day, let us know what times the special events were, stayed on top of our orders, and provided service with a smile. She even saw that we were lounging in a mineral pool (far from our cabana) for a while, and let us order our next round from there an delivered it pool-side. Wonderful, above-and-beyond service. The spa has so much to do: indoor or outdoor cold plunge (my fave!), foot reflexology, aromatherapy sauna, and the CLAY! So fun. And thanks to Ahnee, we were able to enjoy each activity to its fullest and felt well-informed to venture out on our own. I will be back!

We had a great spa birthday day with the girls here! We got a cabana & had a full time attendant - Sydney- who was amazing & very attentive! The food & drinks were great. The whole experience was fun & I will bring my husband back.

First of all the entire staff was excellent. Our cabana attendant Sydnie D. Was outstanding. Friendly, fast, and gave the best recommendations for food and drink. In addition, Mary, from the spa, was magical. Probably one of the best massages I have ever had, (and I have had hundreds). Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the rest of our experience. The day pass clientele was out of control. Loud, splashing everyone in the adult pool, and the language. It was like spring break. The restrooms in the bathhouse were disgusting. The girls working it were trying their best, but it was horrible. Toilets not being flushed (who doesn't flush toilets?), or the amount of toilet paper on the floor. Or just the nastiness of the people in general. I have been to many spas, both high end destinations and day use. Never have I seen this type of disrespect for fellow clients or the spa itself. Depending on what the vision is for Murrieta Hot Springs Resorts they may want to limit the number of passes issued. It was so overwhelming that the only place our party could relax was the serenity spas. I will go again but on a weekday when hopefully it will be less crowded.

The property was good. The compound needs some TLC, more plants, flowers and green grass

We were staying in San Diego and had cloudy weather and wanted some sun so we drove here for the day. I am so glad we got there early because the lounge chairs and seating go fast and almost immediately after it opens. We found the last two lounge chairs but the staff was extremely courteous and found us an umbrella and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! The facility is lovely and the pools and amenities are great. We left relaxed and feeling refreshed! What a great way to spend a day! Definitely get there before 10 if you are going on the weekend !

We enjoyed our time overall at Murrieta Springs. The property overall is very nice with multiple geothermal pool areas, a nicely equipped gym, bathhouse and several restaurants. Everything seems clean and well maintained. I believe our experience was more positive because we stayed on the property in one of the upper hillside suites, which afforded us some privacy and seclusion, as well as access to the private pools. While the general ethos of the property seems to be wellness and relaxation, there definitely was a noticeable change in the vibe toward larger groups and a party/drinking atmosphere as we approached the weekend. We would highly recommend that if you are looking for a sense of calm, do not go here on the weekends - stay on the property instead mid-week.
