Murrieta Hot Springs Resort

There's a lady by the name Ahnee. She was nothing but a breath of fresh air. She was the waitress that was helping me during my time there. I wasted my drink and it spilled on my shirt. She literally took it off my back and went and cleaned it for me lol. That place is lucky to have her. Her service was superb.

I expected a magical place and found paradise as well. The grounds were beautifully arranged and maintained, and the activities were very unique and invigorating. A wonderful and friendly staff completed the experience.

I was mesmerized by the luxurious accommodations and the unique amenities it offers. The staff was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

This resort is clean, quiet and relaxing. I had lunch at Cafe Azuli twice. The Mozzarella Apple salad was delicious. It was so big I had it for lunch and dinner. In the evening, I went to have a drink and dessert at Talia's. The bartender Cassie was lovely. The Water Lily drink was refreshing and paired well with the Lemon Posset. The room was large and comfortable.

First time at Murrieta Hot Springs and Sydnie was an attentive and professional hostess. We had a cabana and had a relaxing and beautiful day. Definitely coming back!

My husband and I stayed at MHS this past weekend to celebrate his birthday. We booked a Hillside King Soaking Suite—a beautiful, spacious room tucked in a peaceful part of the resort and conveniently close to the adult pool. On our first day, we enjoyed a cabana by the adult pool (highly recommended!) where we had the pleasure of being cared for by Ahnee. From the moment we met her, it was clear we were in excellent hands. She kept our drinks topped off, our water bottles perfectly chilled, and checked in regularly without ever being intrusive. When she learned it was our first visit, Ahnee generously shared insider tips for making the most of the resort—everything from the best sequence for the plunge pools, the difference between the mineral and chlorinated pools after a detox at Clay Cove, how many laps to take for maximum benefit on the Kneipp Reflexology path, and the perks of the aromatherapy sessions. Her exceptional service wasn’t just for us- we watched her greet and care for every guest around the pool with the same attentiveness and warmth. The next day, even though she wasn’t assigned to the adult pool, she spotted us, stopped to say hello, asked about our dinner the night before, and brought us two iced waters—just because. This is the kind of genuine, above-and-beyond customer service that’s rare these days and so appreciated. While every staff member we met at Murrieta Hot Springs was friendly and welcoming, Ahnee truly stood out. Thanks to her, and to our overall incredible experience, we’re already looking forward to returning for another relaxing stay.

It’s a perfect weekend gateway with your spouse. It is relaxing and therapeutic. We will be definitely be coming back.
