Nice and clean and very helpful front desk and staff.

Room wasn’t ready on time they had to change the door lock as it didn’t work floors were dirty and gritty half the outlets didn’t work. Lighting was poor no toilet paper holder no tissues not enough towels didn’t have a blanket when asked for. Only 1 hanger 1 straight back narrow chair. However the staff was friendly and tried to help.

Quite place

Really disappointed with the after service. The propety was great but midway throughout our stay they emptied our room whilst we were out due to an admin issue there end. Our belongings were packed away in black bags and held, they moved us to another room when we returned and the problem had been solved but they offered us a refund but after following up they are now going against their word. Really disappointed as the initial service was fine, the situation was stressful in another country with a 3 month and it is just a shame they've not honoured their word.

Basic service. Good value for money

Not a clean hotel to stay and breakfast is not favorable.

Staff are not welcoming Rooms are poorly renovated and not clean Breakfast was acceptable AC noisy No safety cameras or was deactivated
