Website says 3 pm check in. We arrived at 4 pm. Said room would not be ready till 5:30. So we could change for our scheduled event. No options given. Will not b back

Room looked generally clean with no initial unpleasant odors. It seemed to have been recently renovated, just not very well. The window was extremely dirty. Sliding bathroom door hits counter outside and doesn't close all the way. All floors looked clean, but a quick wipe with a washcloth quickly revealed that was not the case. Housekeeping apparently used dirty mop water. The bracket for shower head (hand-held only) was broken and would not hold the shower head up. I had to wedge it in place to try to shower normally. The bathroom exhaust fan was missing the grate and circulated zero air. No toilet paper holder to be found. There was exposed wiring beneath the A/C unit and a huge gap around as well. The bed frame was extremely squeaky. There was lots of trash (cigarette butts, food wrappers, broken toilets, etc) all around the premises, breezways, and stairways. A pile of linens (hopefully dirty, but not sure) was stored in bags in the bottom stairwell. Only working elevator was out of service.

the area is close to bars and shopping, and still out of the city. hotel is fine if you are looking for somewhere cheap to just sleep. there is tons of parking. large fridge and stove top.

well, at first they put us in someone elses room that was actively occupied. when we were switched to a different room the chain lock was broken, the paint on the walls is peeling off, the fridge looks like its been beat with a hammer, and overall it is dirty and dusty. there is active construction work happening across the street that is very loud and wakes you up at 8am mon-sat. theres very little lighting in the room, no shower ammenities such as shampoo or conditioner, you get a bar of soap. the toilet paper is cheap and thin. our toilet ran the entire time we were there. the TV glitched out constantly. also the walls are paper thin and we were able to hear the rooms next to us conversations clearly. there are people living at this hotel and there are children riding bikes and scooters outside on the sidewalks. there are no pots or pans provided for the stove. also the beds are so bouncy and stiff and when id turn in my sleep i would ricochet off the bed. very odd experience

Not the standard I would ever choose to stay in they’re were roaches in the bed, and by the microwave/refrigerator area. There was also dirty linen in our shower and obvious dirt on doors and faucet handles. The room also had a horrible smell upon entering.
