Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Plainfield

Very clean. Good breakfast!

We booked this hotel because it was one of the few hotels that has a shuttle service starting at 4:00 am (which was great for my husband and I because we had an early flight, and most hotels shuttle services start at 6:00 am). The hotel was nice on the inside and staff were super helpful

Good value at a good location for early morning flights. Only downside is the shuttles from AP to hotel are not marked as Fairfield In and Suites. You have to call for a pickup and ask what they will be driving.

The bathroom counters and floors were not clean. Had toothpaste mess on the sink area and a dried brown liquid on the floor. The room smelled musty and the floor was not vacuumed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and we were very pleased with our stay. This was our first time staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites and I already made another reservation for my next trip. Thank you!

Our stay was great! Cameron at the front desk was so accommodating and wonderful with not only us, but every customer that came in the door! We will be back for his hospitality alone!
