We have stayed at home two suites in North Carolina and was much more satisfied there. The air conditioner in our bedroom was too loud to run at night and they would not fix it but we asked several times. Also, the breakfast was extremely limited compared to the home two suites in North Carolina. The staff was friendly just not helpful. Overall we give it a three star rating.

This is a mostly decent stay if you're heading to the nearby base for a couple days. It's a convenient straight shot through the east gate. In the mornings, you can expect a very lengthy commute as John Sims Pkwy backs up, but that's not the hotel's fault whatsoever. Plan accordingly. I did not experience an unclean room like some of the other reviewers on Google, but I planned around the negative reviews and brought my own pillows. I recommend you do the same because the pillows are likely going to be inadequate for most. I also recommend getting on a high floor and a room away from the street. Noise was not terrible (I was not facing the road), but bring earplugs because it's still noticeable even from my room. The bed itself is pretty comfortable, and I do appreciate that the room was clean. The low shower pressure from another review on Google is true but I didn't mind. Bed sheets are thin, so set the room temp to keep comfortable overnight. When I arrived, my digital keys had been requested 24 hours prior to my arrival and were not ready. After waiting in line to get a physical key, no reason was given for why I couldn't use what every other Hilton property has allowed me to use but I was given two water bottles for being a Diamond member. That was among the more pleasant interactions, but service in the remainder of the stay leaved a lot to be desired. If you're HH Diamond, lower your expectations. I would caution front desk staff against wearing AirPods when interfacing with guests. It made it very hard to hear the front desk staff member who was mumbling and maybe did not realize how low she was speaking because of the AirPods in her ears. If hearing was an issue, I would have been fine to just exchange written communication instead of trying to speak. I would have understood if that was the case, but instead I felt dragged along in a pointless conversation of constantly saying "what?". The breakfast was decent and appreciated. I saw at least two electric vehicle chargers in the lot, but the entire parking lot fills out by night. There may not be enough space for travelers towing and needing extended parking space. Location is very centralized. There is one entry/exit for the property. It is on John Sims Pkwy and it is right turn only (nearby undivided median allows you to make a u-turn). The building is as modern inside as it appears online. Overall, it's a decent hotel. This is not a bad hotel, but some things should be ironed out as the team grows with this new location. And it is a good location. I've stayed at Holiday Inns in the same area and have had better experiences there, so I know that the area can provide a good experience at this price point. But here needs some work.
