Mattresses were not that comfortable.

I don’t remember the name of the front desk employee. But he was seriously the best! Our flight got cancelled and he was so helpful getting us into a room quickly! The hotel is very nice and clean!

We stayed at this hotel in October and again over Thanksgiving and really enjoyed it. The suites are spacious with full kitchen, including large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Comfortable beds, pull out sofa bed, desk, and plenty of usb and electrical outlets for all your devices. Lots of drawers and shelf space as well as closet. Room was very clean and staff helpful if you needed anything. Camryn was at the front desk both times we stayed, she was efficient and pleasant, answering all our questions and requests. Super breakfast (Katie was great). Plenty of seating. The lounge had several TVs and computers. Free wifi. My husband liked the gym and we were able to do laundry. Did not hear noise from nearby rooms. Close to restaurants and shopping. Look forward to visiting again.

This hotel is a 5+ STAR hotel in my book. We plan on staying here whenever we can. Like most Hilton hotels, this Home2 Suites hotel provided us with a clean, comfortable and spacious room, great location for our business needs, and excellent service that was above and beyond our expectations. We knew this was going to be a great stay when we received an easy and fast check-in. Many thanks to Roshane for her kind, professional service (and her very helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants)! So what makes this hotel so special? We discovered that one of our toiletry bags was missing after we checked-out of the hotel. When we returned to the hotel a day later looking for our bag, it had been found by the cleaning staff and was safely secured in their office thanks to the good teamwork by Anthony and Lawrence. This is a GREAT HOTEL!

LOCATION - excellent and navigable from VSP Airport. QUALITY ACCOMODATIONS - room top notch and well suited for single or couples and families. EASY JOURNEY TO AND FROM BEACH - highways can be followed to just about any beach east or west.

minor incident - I asked for late check out and it was granted. I took my suitcase to the car just to offload a few things upon returning I wasn't able to get in room. No worries - that was an easy fix. I know from other hotel stays the room key will deactivate after a certain time. I returned to front desk agent to ask for the card to get reactivated for the short time before my departure. Sadly, I was met with an excessive amount of questions before reactivation - that was a real put off for me considering, I just stayed in a brand hotel like Hilton . I understand these are trying times for America, but all those questions though?!
