Staffs (Aruna, Saravanan, Heir, Ajith) were absolute rockstars. Very helpful, always smile on their faces. We had to extend a day and a half. They were very accommodating and extended our stay without any fuss. Mr. Saravanan (Manager) even offered to book train tickets for us as we were struggling to find ways to go to different city. Gesture and customer centric approach was a treat truly. Restaurant had fresh and hygeinic food. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. Boys (hotel helpers) were very prompt too. They would pick up luggage and load them before you even ask them. Bring you water, you just have to mention once. Overall the stay was very positive and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you entire hotel team!

Our flight was delayed, so we messaged Aruna and she was great, it was not a problem for them. Her communication via WhatsApp phone call and message to reassure us was much appreciated. We arrived at 2 in the morning there were a few mosquito's in the room, so reception called and asked if we would like a mosquito plug in deterent, the porter brought this straight up. We were absolutely exhausted the next day, and had a flight to catch later that evening. Aruna was so kind and allowed us to stay late, we offered to vacate the room whenever they needed, but she assured us it was not a problem. She also arranged airpirt transfer by taxi for us. These actions made the stay a really pleasant one for us. The sheets and towels were cleaned and there was hot water. Thankyou for your kindness Aruna

The room was ok for what we needed, it felt like it could do with a freshen up, especially the ceiling (which had marks on). Overall this did not impact our stay.

Ontzettend fijn hotel! Hotel ligt erg centraal, in een levendige omgeving maar in het hotel heb je geen last van geluiden buiten. De kamers zijn mooi en schoon! Aruna en het personeel hier zijn ontzettend lief en geven je echt een welkom gevoel. Het ontbijt restaurant heeft lekkere gerechten. Ja als Ik weer in Chennai ben boek ik weer hier 😊
